I tucked a Holga under my arm while I toured the streets of San Francisco in October with some good friends. It was an unusually sunny Friday and knowing that a group of people where close to me in this city, be it standing beside me, or across town, or friends that now call this town home, gave me a new perspective on what would otherwise be an unsentimental city.
The film was returned today. I don’t often shoot color in my Holga cameras, but for this trip I used what I had; a fitting way to sum up much more of the trip than just my film selection.
