This year’s crop had a drier summer to grow than last year, but this years’ pickers were wetter – we were treated to a batch of wet-hopped ale made with the very hops we picked. An early picking of the Columbus hops were pulled last month by a friend of the farm, and showed up today in two fresh 5 gal. cans.
