The inaugural harvest of the hops experiment at Lynn Lee Acres was taken from the farm to Columbus and wet hopped into 10 gallons of beer. To familiarize ourselves with each yield, the two varieties of hops were kept separate and brewed as a single malt and single hops beer(smash brewed).
