My simplest explanation when asked is “it’s a stroller for dads.” Or, depending on the audience the reply is “it’s a new approach to a shared experience in child mobility.”
But either miss some major points. I have built – and continue to iterate on this project to apply and refine my experiences in product design for more personal rewards. And, because it’s fun to collaborate with my daughters and design and make improvements, with the goal to increase my time with them and improve the distance and duration of our adventures together.
The planning and building has also been aided by several dads, including my own (and my mother too). Many of whom have begun to build their own Dad Wagons, rolling through several U.S. states, and Canada too.
